Initial Hypnotherapy Consultation - free. I offer a free initial 20 minute consultation, either by phone or via Zoom. This allows you to find out if you would like to work with me and to ask any questions you may have.  

Individual session £50 per hour

Course of Three sessions £140

Course of Four sessions £180 

Course of Five sessions £210

Course of Six sessions £235

Long term and on-going Hypnotherapy Packages are also available 

Stop Smoking Hypnotherapy package £160  (1 or 2 extended sessions as required) 

Relaxation Hypnotherapy individual 45 minute sessions £35 

Long term and on-going Relaxation Session Packages are also available 

Payments for all sessions are required a minimum of 48 hours in advance to confirm your booking. 

Fees can be paid by bank transfer (details given at time of initial consultation), in cash or by bank card. 

Group Hypnobirthing Workshop - 3 x 2 hour sessions £185

Private Hypnobirthing Workshop - This can either be done by 1 x 6 hour day, 2 x 3 hour sessions or 3 x 2 hour sessions £250
