6 hours really is all the time you need to concrete your confidence and preparation for your baby’s birth.
We will discuss your birth preferences and how you want to feel during pregnancy, labour and birth. You will learn that the stages of birth are a unique process.
I will take you step by step through each tool and will clarify the difference between Mindfulness and Hypnosis and how you can use them on the big day! These are all practical skills based entirely on what works!
You don’t need to feel scared, fearful or apprehensive about birth, although that is normal. Using a powerful combination of mindfulness, hypnosis and relaxation techniques I will ensure you feel genuinely excited and completely prepared for birth. In fact, Mindful Hypnobirthing provides parents-to-be with the knowledge they need to feel empowered throughout pregnancy, birth and into your baby’s first year.
You will learn to use your mind and body together to stay focused and in control. This will include mindfulness, hypnosis, breathing techniques, relaxations, visualisations and anchoring. For the sceptics out there who may prefer to distance themselves from anything apparently ‘alternative’, please know the course is both scientific and evidence-based and marvels at the biology of the body and power of the brain.
